Each beam is a continuous one-piece assembly that is automatically welded on both sides. The trailer capacity is a function of the beam depth and flange size, and is dependent on the max load you intend to trailer.
Aluminum components include the cross-members, side rails, and both front and rear ends of the trailer. This reduces the overall weight of the trailer, allowing for a higher load capacity.
